Flavia Possas is passionate about new areas of knowledge, from Economic Psychology to Integral Theory, always searching for new frontiers and intersections.
Her biggest interest is to apply these ideas to promote meaningful change, so that each one is able to find their path and live a more authentic and gratifying life. She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics, from the University of São Paulo, and a MSc in Economic and Consumer Psychology from the University of Exeter, UK. She went through her formation as an Associate Coach in San Francisco, CA, with Integral Coaching Canada, and is currently working with Career and Financial Coaching. In the last few years she has worked mainly with behavioral economics and financial education, as a consultant, speaker, teacher and researcher, leading projects in financial and educational institutions such as: Banco Fator, Banco Santander, Banco Itaú, Gradual Investimentos, Fipecafi, IBCPF, among others. In parallel, she has also worked with portfolio management in Eagle Capital during the last 4 years.
